• You must be 18 or older.
• One number per person, your own.
• A place on the waitlist isn't a guarantee of an invitation or a date for one. NEA is invite-only for now; we decide when and how people are let in.
• We can remove entries that look fake, duplicated, or automated.

By submitting your number you agree to receive text messages from NEA about your place on the waitlist and your invitation. Message frequency varies, about 1–3 messages in total. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, HELP for help, or email hello@never-eat-alone.app. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of using NEA. We don't share, sell, or rent your number or your consent to anyone for marketing. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The words, photos and the mark on this site belong to Bowery Block LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it; don't copy its content for your own use without asking. The site is provided as it is; we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia. To the extent the law allows, Bowery Block LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we change these terms, the date at the top changes; continuing to use the site or stay on the waitlist means you accept the change.
